Barnacled Bullfrog will be held at the Planter’s Club, 4600 Planters’ Club Drive, Suffolk, VA 23435. The site opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes at 11:00 p.m. The site is wet (of course! A dry tavern is as much fun as a tax audit) and no pets are permitted.
To find from the north, follow these directions:
Take I-64 east to I-664 towards the Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel. Take exit 9, Bridge Rd/US-17 N towards the James River Bridge. Travel 3. miles, then turn left at Bennett’s Pasture Road/VA 627. Go 2.8 miles, then turn right at Sleepy Hole Rd/VA 629. After 1 mile, turn right at Planters’ Club Road.
Or from the south, take your best route to US-58 E toward Suffolk. Turn left at Nansemond Pkwy/VA-337 and travel 1.7 miles to Sleepy Hole Rd/VA-629. Go 2.7 miles, then turn left at Planters Club Rd.
